Terms of Service

1. Service description
FFGR Jets is a charter brokerage. We are not an air operator; we arrange charters with EASA / FAA / GCAA certified operators who hold the air carrier responsibility. Quotes are estimates; final contracts are issued by the operator.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when the operator's contract is signed and deposit cleared. Cancellation policies follow the operator's charter agreement provided at confirmation.
3. Pricing
Prices shown are indicative based on representative aircraft and routes. Final pricing depends on aircraft availability, routing, fees and any additional services requested.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. Our staff signs the FFGR confidentiality charter.
5. Liability
Operational liability rests with the air carrier operator. FFGR Jets' brokerage liability is limited to the brokerage fee. Acts of God, weather diversions, and ATC slot changes are not under our control.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Paris, France.
