1. Data we collect
When you submit a quote request, contact form or WhatsApp message we collect the information you voluntarily provide: name, email, phone, itinerary and any context useful to prepare your charter. We never request data we do not need.
2. Cookies
Essential cookies operate the site. Optional analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics) help us understand aggregate usage — they are never used to identify a specific principal. You may decline at any time via the cookie banner.
3. How we use your data
Strictly to prepare your quote, deliver the charter you book, and follow up afterwards. We never sell data. We never share it with third parties beyond what is operationally required (e.g. crew, FBO, relevant authorities) and never beyond what you authorise.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
You may at any time request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing of your personal data. Write to contact@ffgrjets.com. We respond within 30 days.
5. Retention
Charter records are kept for the legal period required by aviation and tax authorities. Marketing data is deleted on request.
