Safety Standards
Safety Is Not a Promise.
It Is a Standard.
FFGR Jets partners exclusively with EASA Part-AOC certified operators holding ARGUS Platinum, IS-BAO Stage 3 or WYVERN Wingman ratings — the highest independent safety audits in business aviation.
Our Commitment
Every Flight. Every Operator. Every Time.
Before any aircraft is dispatched under the FFGR Jets name, our technical operations team conducts an independent verification of the operator's safety rating, crew qualifications, maintenance status and flight watch protocols. An operator not meeting our standards is never offered to a client — regardless of schedule or price.
We publish our safety criteria here as a matter of transparency. You deserve to know, in precise terms, the standards we apply on your behalf.
Third-Party Audits
Certification Standards
Every operator in the FFGR Jets network holds an EASA Part-AOC — the mandatory air operator certificate issued by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency. EASA Part-AOC operators are subject to continuous regulatory oversight by their national civil aviation authority.
ARGUS Platinum is the highest independent safety rating in business aviation. Operators must pass a rigorous on-site audit covering operations manuals, maintenance records, crew qualifications, SMS implementation and safety culture — fewer than 15% of charter operators worldwide achieve Platinum status.
IS-BAO Stage 3 is the most advanced level of the IBAC safety management framework. It certifies that an operator has embedded a mature, data-driven Safety Management System (SMS) that continuously identifies, assesses and mitigates operational hazards.
WYVERN Wingman certification confirms that an operator meets WYVERN's international safety standards for aircraft operations, crew qualifications and maintenance practices. WYVERN analysts continuously monitor enrolled operators and flag any safety concerns in real time.
Our Framework
Four Pillars of Safe Flight
Crew Qualifications
- All captains: EASA ATPL, minimum 3,000 total flight hours, 1,500 hours on type
- First officers: CPL/IR minimum, 1,000 hours total time
- Mandatory recurrent simulator training every 6 months
- CRM (Crew Resource Management) certification
- OFDM (Operational Flight Data Monitoring) participation for all long-haul crews
Aircraft Airworthiness
- CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation) under EASA Part-M
- AD (Airworthiness Directive) compliance tracked in real time
- Component life-limits and overhaul intervals continuously monitored
- Pre-flight and post-flight technical logs reviewed before every departure
- No aircraft over 15 years old in the FFGR Jets premium network
Safety Management System
- IS-BAO Stage 3 SMS: hazard identification, risk assessment, mitigation tracking
- Voluntary safety reporting (VSR) culture — no punitive environment
- Annual internal safety audits and biennial third-party operator audits
- FOQA / OFDM data reviewed monthly by safety review boards
- Emergency response plan updated and rehearsed annually
Operational Oversight
- 24/7 flight watch: dedicated operations centre monitors every departure in real time
- NOTAM, SIGMET and weather briefings reviewed before every dispatch
- Fuel reserve and alternate aerodrome planning exceed EASA minimums
- International SOS medical assistance on every trans-oceanic segment
- Two-crew policy on all aircraft regardless of type certification
24/7 Flight Watch
A dedicated operations officer monitors every active flight in the FFGR Jets network. Any deviation from the filed flight plan triggers an immediate review and, where necessary, direct communication with the crew.
Weather Intelligence
Before every departure, our team reviews METARs, TAFs, SIGMETs and convective forecasts for origin, destination and alternate aerodromes. No aircraft is dispatched into conditions that exceed operator minimums or crew currency.
Operator Pre-Qualification
Each operator in our network undergoes an initial pre-qualification audit and annual re-verification. Any lapse in certification, fleet airworthiness or crew qualifications results in immediate suspension from our platform.
